Studies have shown that  children need a mom AND a dad to grow in a healthy way, which automatically disqualifies a homosexual couple from adopting. Homosexuality is a deviant and unnatural lifestyle, which would do any child a disservice to be raised in. If a person chooses to be homosexual, that is one thing, but to knowingly place a child into such an atmosphere is heinous. Also, to require an adoption agency to do something which goes against their mission is blatantly wrong.
