As the (white) adoptive parent of two (American) trans-racial children I strongly oppose ANY discrimination against open adoption. Children of minority races are and and have always been, very difficult to place for adoption. Any discrimination, whether based on sexual orientation, race, relion or anythings else, would severely inhibit the chances of many children to have a home and family.
