Violation of religious freedom

Federal and State Laws give Faith-based child placement agencies the right to find homes for children put under their care according to their religious beliefs and values.  To force these religious based agencies to go aginst their religious beliefs is a violation of their freedom.  Also, the rights of mothers who make the dificult decision to give their baby up for adoption will also be violated. These mothers make the decision to place their baby with a Faith-based agency believing their child will be placed with a family who has values similar to that agency and most likely their own values and religious beliefs. Homosexuals already have the right to adopt children with other agencies that are not religious agencies.
