Faith based are helping get parents for children who don't have any. Why punish them for doing good?  Same sex couples have the freedom to organize an adoption agency to get children for themselves. Public agencies must have rules for freedom of any request to be considered. Faith baseed groups have organized to help a people of faith to adopt children. They seem to be doing it well. Why rock the boat to a group who is doing good. If they receive funds from the government, I can see the need for the government to set rules for them, but if they do not get funds from g'ment, let them do their work and keep you informed. If you represent me, I vote not to hinder the good work that they are doing.
