Please respect the rights of faith based child agencies to continue their work to serve those ....who by freedom of choice..... choose their services.  They have rights by both federal and state laws to make decisions according to their beliefs.  In America....in Virginia....we, the people, still have rights of religious freedom.  Please hold to your April 20th decision. Please reject any regulation that discriminates against faith based agencies.
