Faith-based placement agencies have the right  to help their clients without government interference.  Birthparents and adoptive parents have the right to work with agencies that share their religious beliefs including their beliefs about marriage and family life.

Adoptive agencies and parents must not be forced to choose between following their own beliefs or following the proposed discriminatory regulation that would be a violation of their religious freedom.  Please allow faith-based agencies to continue to help their clients in a Virginia that does not restrict their abillity to act according to their religious beliefs.
