I'd like to voice my input on this regulartory action. I feel it is extemely important for Virginia to be a state that does not support discrimination in any form or domain - and this includes child adoption. Children should be placed in homes with loving parents, regardless of those parents ideals, race, sexual orientation, etc. The most important thought should be how the child will be cared for and loved.

Please ensure that Virginia's regulations show our committment to non-discrimination.
