Families come in many shapes, colors and sizes.  Families are not about sexual orientation, political opinions, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, physical abilities or matching members.  Families are about Commitment, Care and Love.  The State Board of Social Services should evaluate these qualities in determining the best interest of any child.
