What does the control of an institution (i.e. Public or Private) have to do with the quality of nursing instruction at that institution?  Has there been a research study completed to determine the relationship between type of control and quality of the program?  It appears that if pass rates are the only criteria, then the type of control is irrelevant and commentary is also.
