There is current  work to identify MUA (Medicaly Underserved Areas) in progress, as I can see on TH website. How does that go with this, in a same line, on a same site? This will mean even less "primary care-givers", where I don't think on primary care M.D. s,  but nurses. In MUA where socio-economic situation doesn't give people much of chance to regulary go to college but have to work to support families and pay their school expenses, this will make even less chance to get out of that way of life. Not to mention ideas that some future nurses have - to move out of  VA.
