Virginia should allow on-line accredited nursing programs for LPN to RN.   There are many LPN's that would like to continue their career, that can not afford to take the time off to attend school.  These programs allow them to work and continue their education at the same time.   I was enrolled at the time that Virginia made the change, I was unable to complete the training in time, due to working full-time and suddenly becoming a "single parent" while my husband was recalled to military service to serve in Iraq.
