General Information

Action Summary	The Board of Education proposes to amend its regulations entitled Vocational Education Regulations (8 VAC 20-120). The regulations are divided into three specific categories: 1. General Provisions; 2. Administration; and 3. Operation of Programs. Specific sections of the regulations are mandated by federal law and other sections are mandated by state law. Changes in both federal and state laws pertaining to vocational education have made it necessary to revise the regulations.
