| Action Summary |
Pursuant to Chapter 146 of the 2025 General Assembly, the Board is amending 18VAC115-80-65 to include specific language as required by enactment clause 3 of the legislation. This language states that a licensed baccalaureate social worker shall not be required to register with the Board to serve as a qualified mental health professional-trainee. |
