General Information
Action Summary The 2025 General Assembly directed the Board of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services to promulgate regulations providing for conditional certification of recovery residences within SB 838. This exempt action creates a conditional certification process within Chapter 260, Certified Recovery Residences, as required by the bill. Conditional certifications will be valid for six months and can be extended for a maximum of three months.
