Action:
Amendments to Schedule of Fees
Action 5651

General Information
Action Summary The purpose of this regulatory action is to amend the fee schedule associated with Regulations Relating to Private Security Services Businesses. The fee schedule has not been updated across the board since 2003, and the proposed fee amendments are primarily based on inflation since that time. DCJS manages six other programs within the Division of Licensure and Regulatory Services, and the current fee schedule does not reflect the costs necessary to maintain these programs.
