Action Summary The Board of Pharmacy intends to amend section 320, which currently limits the time period on refills for Schedule VI drugs to two years from date of issuance. The Board of Pharmacy intends to amend section 320, which currently limits the time period on refills for Schedule VI drugs to two years from date of issuance. The amended regulation would change the time limitation to one year from date of issuance.
