9VAC20-60-18. Applicability of incorporated references based on the dates on which they became effective.

Except as noted, when a regulation of the United States Environmental Protection Agency set forth in Title 40 of the Code of Federal Regulations is adopted herein and incorporated by reference, that regulation shall be as it exists and has been published as a final regulation in the Federal Register prior to July 1, 2006 2007, with the effective date as published in the Federal Register notice or August 23, 2006 February 6, 2008, whichever is later. The final rules published in the Federal Register on June 20, 2006 (71 FR 35395), and June 21, 2006 (71 FR 35548), are not incorporated by reference as regulations of the board.
