Since more than 180 days have passed since the end of the
NOIRA
stage, a Time Frame Waiver must be granted by the Governor's office.
This waiver was requested on 4/2/2012
Agency Reason: The Board has conducted an extensive review resulting in numerous public meetings and the complete reorganization of Chapter 20. Its intent was to submit the proposed periodic review changes after other regulatory actions (which are incorporated into the revised chapters) had been approved and become effective. Since those actions are still pending and the review was completed months ago, the Board is submitting the proposed, reorganized chapters at this time.
