 Agency Decision Text
The Board considered the petition at its August 5, 2022 Executive Committee meeting and decided it would take no action. Conversion therapy is already prohibited for all licensees of DHP. No regulation is necessary to enforce the statute. Additionally, the Board can address any standard of care violations that may arise by the use of shock therapy or graduated electronic decelerators through its standard disciplinary provisions.
