Caden Energix New Kent LLC has provided the Department of Environmental Quality a notice of intent to submit the necessary documentation for a permit by rule for a small renewable energy project (solar) in New Kent County pursuant to Virginia Regulation 9VAC15-60.  The project is located on three contiguous parcels totaling approximately 504 acres off Route 618, Olivet Church Road. Lat: 37.492256; Long: -77.06389. The project will have a rated capacity of 20.0 MWac and include approximately 67,000 PV solar panels.
