I have approved this proposed regulation for public comment so as to move the regulatory process forward. However, I am concerned that the regulation reach the maximum possible level of consensus and urge the Board to carefully consider public comment and ways of making this regulation as workable as possible for the wide variety of dedicated EMS providers in our state.
