| Purpose of the meeting The Board's Secure Services Committee and Non-secure Services committee meet at 9:30 to receive certification reports. The full Board convenes at 10:30 a.m. to take certification actions, to hear public comments on proposed revisions to the Department's Guidelines for Construction of Secure facilities, to receive an update on the status of proposed amendments to the standards governing youth development and delinquency prevention (Office on Youth) programs [6 vavc 35-60], to receive a report on population trends for committed juveniles, and to take up such other matters as may come before the Board. | |||
