| Purpose of the meeting 1. The Board will hold a general business meeting. 2. The Board will hold a public hearing on proposed regulations 18 VAC 110-20-10 et seq. for robot technology and 18 VAC 110-30-10 et seq. for practitioners of the healing arts selling controlled substances. 3. Adoption of proposed Public Participation Guideline Regulations. 4. The Board will review and may approve a draft legislative proposal to regulate pharmacy technicians. 5. The Board may consider disciplinary matters and conduct disciplinary proceedings. PUBLIC COMMENTS WILL BE RECEIVED AT THE BEGINNING OF THE MEETING IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING THE APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA AND THE REVIEW AND ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES. | |
