| Purpose of the meeting [Note: This is a tentative meeting date. The regulatory advisory panel (RAP) will decide at its meeting on October 12, 2021 whether this meeting is necessary. If a meeting is not considered necessary, a Town Hall cancellation notice will be sent.] This is the fourth meeting of the RAP established to assist the department in developing proposed regulation amendments concerning site suitability. The regulation amendments are being proposed to enable consistent, appropriate department and board actions within the context of ยง 10.1-1307 E. Please note that while this is a public meeting and members of the public are invited to attend, only members of the work group will be asked to participate. All RAP members will have seating accommodations, however, there may be capacity limitations for members of the public that wish to attend. All attendees are expected to wear a mask, and shall maintain appropriate social distance. | |||
