Purpose of the meeting
This is the first meeting of the regulatory advisory panel (RAP) established to assist the department in developing proposed regulation amendments concerning site suitability. The regulation amendments are being proposed to enable consistent, appropriate department and board actions within the context of § 10.1-1307 E. Please note that while this is a public meeting and members of the public are invited to attend, only members of the work group will be asked to participate. All RAP members will have seating accommodations, however, there may be capacity limitations for members of the public that wish to attend.  If you have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, wearing a mask is not required but is optional. If you have not been fully vaccinated for COVID-19, we ask that you wear a mask or maintain appropriate social distance.
