| Purpose of the meeting A meeting of a working group formed to assist the Department of Environmental Quality, as directed by Senate Bill 1210 (2021), in developing recommendations for an annual fee schedule to replace the current annual fee schedule set forth in ยง 10.1-1402.1:1 of the Code of Virginia. The recommended annual fee schedule must be sufficient to reflect the direct costs of the nonhazardous solid waste management program when aggregated and combined with collected permit fees. | |
