| Purpose of the meeting Committees of the Board (secure services and non-secure services) meet at 9:00 AM to receive certification audit reports. Full Board meets following committee business. Agenda includes certification action based on audit reports and adoption of final regulations (6 VAC 35-150 governing non-residential programs and 6 VAC 35-60 governing offices on youth). Also, the Board will consider publishing for public comment proposed amendments to its Certification Regulations (6 VAC 35-20), and its Standards for Juvenile Residential Facilities 6 VAC 35-140). The Board will consider initiating the executive branch review required to "propose" Regulations Governing Juvenile Record Information and The Virginia Juvenile Justice Information System (6 VAC 35-160). | |||||||||||||
