| Purpose of the meeting The Board will consider proposing the repeal of 2 VAC 5-500 Rules and Regulations Governing the Cooling, Storing, Sampling, and Transporting of Milk or Milk Samples from the Farm to the Processing Plant or Laboratory and will consider a draft proposal to replace it with 2 VAC 5-501, Regulations Governing the Cooling, Storing, Sampling, and Transporting of Milk. The board will entertain public comment at the conclusion of all other business for a period not to exceed 30 minutes. Any person who needs any accommodation in order to participate at the meeting should contact the Board Secretary at least five days before the meeting date, so that suitable arrangements can be made for any appropriate accommodation. | |||
