Purpose of the meeting
Committees meet at 9:00 AM to receive certification audit reports on programs and facilities. Upon conclusion of committee work, the full Board meets to take action on the certification reports and to receive comments from the public on proposed changes to Regulations governing Offices on Youth in the Commonwealth.

Update the regulation to reflect experience since the regulation was promulgated.
Amend the regulation to comply with requirements of item 475.B of the 2000 Appropriations Act, and with amendments made to the Delinquency Prevention and Youth Development Act by the 2000 General Assembly.
