| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive testimony concerning proposed revisions to the State Implementation Plan. A public hearing on the proposed amendments was held on October 3, 2001. This is an additional public hearing and an extension of the public comment period until October 17, 2001. The revision includes amendments to a plan to reduce and maintain VOC and NOx emissions in the Richmond Ozone Nonattainment Area, the mobile emissions budget, the contingency measures, as well as some of the control measures used in the mobile source budget. | |
