| Purpose of the meeting The Board will conduct a general business meeting with actions that include consideration of a new NOIRA for a time-limited waiver of certain requirements for licensure of substance abuse treatment practitioners and adopting PreNOIRAs to set standards for Certified Substance Abuse Counselors and Certified Substance Counselor Assistants. The Board will consider reports of standing committees. Public comment will be received at the beginning of the meeting. | |
