| Purpose of the meeting A public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments to the Water Quality Standards regulation concerning protection of Eastern Shore tidal waters for clams and oysters. The public comment period begins December 22, 2008 and ends on February 20, 2009. The proposal appears in the Virginia Register of Regulations on December 22, 2008. An informal question and answer period will be held prior to the public hearing at 5:30 p.m. | ||
