| Purpose of the meeting The Virginia Department of Transportation will conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments on the proposed promulgation of a replacement regulation (24 VAC 30-41-10 et seq.) under the same title as 24 VAC 30-40-10 et seq. (Rules and Regulations Governing Relocation Assistance). When the new regulation is enacted, the old one will be repealed. Registration for speakers begins at 9:30 AM. Persons requesting the services of an interpreter for the deaf should do so in advance. | ||
