| Purpose of the meeting Committees of the Board (Secure services and non-secure services) meet at 9:30 to receive certification audit reports and consider VJCCCA plan amendments. The full board meets at 10:30 to take certification action and to issue two regulations for public comment: Revisions to MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR VIRGINIA DELINQUENCY PREVENTION AND YOUTH DEVELOPMENT ACT GRANT PROGRAMS (6 VAC 35-60); and Revisions to STANDARDS FOR NONRESIDENTIAL SERVICES AVAILABLE TO JUVENILE AND DOMESTIC RELATIONS DISTRICT COURTS (6 VAC 35-150). The Board will hear presentations on the "Psychological Fee Schedule" and on the recently completed detention study. | |||||
