Purpose of legislation
Chapter 391 of the 2019 Acts of Assembly amends § 54.1-2349 of the Code of Virginia to eliminate the requirement for the Common Interest Community Board (“the Board”) to impose annual assessments on the gross receipts of common interest community managers. The effective date of the legislation is July 1, 2019.
