This document sets out the criteria adopted by the Virginia Land Conservation Foundation, pursuant to Virginia Code ยง 58.1-512(D)(3), that the Director of the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) will use to verify the conservation value of donated land or conservation easements or other less-than-fee interests in land that result in tax credit applications for $1 million or more. |
