I am emailing about 2VAC5-531 and 2VAC5-501 Regulations governing milk for manufacturing pruposes and regulations governing the cooling, storeing and transportation of milk. I strongly urge you to suspend the effective dates of Jan 26 2005 on these regulations regarding milk and the production of cow and goat cheese by small farmers. This is undue and repressive and will hurt local economies and small farm production in the state of Virginia.
