Dear Board of Health,

In this open comment period, I would like to support the Board of Health in it's duty to have in place health and safety measures that will help protect vulnerable women and children.  

I ask you to set in place regulations that require all OLC inspections to verify that ultrasounds have been performed at least 24 hours prior to every abortion performed. In this way, with an ultrasound, the state of Virginia has given the parents the opportunity to see their baby, affirming the truth that it is a life that they have been entrusted to support and care for. 

Thank you being public servants who are able to ensure health and safety measures are in place to protect life from conception to natural death.
