All facilities that perform medical procedures need to be inspected and regulated on a consistent basis.  Plus, as any hospital, medical office/clinic, etc. emergency procedures need to be in place.

Ultra sounds need to be performed before any abortion to determine the age of the unborn child for the mother's safety.
