An abortion is a need as a result of incest, rape, medical health, or other reasons;  what happened to a woman's decision, over governmental dictates, as to what is best for her family and herself?  A young woman or teen age girl in financial difficulty, for example, needs our support for a safe abortion under a doctor's care and in a clean medical center.
