This should be a legislative issue, not one decreed by the Governor.  It's not a question od whether or not I agree with the issue.  It is that the matter is a legislative matter, not a mandate from the (imperial) Goveror's office.  Just becuase the Governor and AG don't "like" something does NOT give them the right to unilateraly chane it!
