Disgusted about personal / political agenda to make "policy"

I am ashamed that elected officials make their personal agenda more important than the citizens. You are doing nothing to make people safer as the change in reciprocity will in no way change the minds of criminals, it however does affect law abiding Citizens from many states, an estimated 6 million. I will now lose the ability to carry a handgun as other states withdraw their agreements. Our Governor and AG should be ashamed and you better believe that voters remember. I didn't vote for Herring the first time and I definitely won't vote for him for a second term!
