Of all the problems faced by citizens in the Commonwealth of Virginia, crimes committed by lawful concealed carry permit holders from out of state is not one of them.  This is nothing but politics of the worst kind.  The Governor and Attorney General of the Commonwealth have adopted the tyrannical tactics of those in their party who do not care about the U.S. or State Constitution, namely: we'll do what we want without regard to facts, precident, or law.  Catch us if you can.  This is shameful and (hopefully) will result in the citizens rising up and throwing the bunch of you out of office.
