Harassment of law-abiding gun owners

There is no practical reason to ban concealed weapons in state offices - this is an attempt by the McAuliffe administration to harass law-abiding gun owners, simply because McAuliffe and many of his supporters do not understand guns and gun owners and will take every opportunity to demonize both.  Concealed weapon permit holders are by their natures not disposed to break the law (since they went through a background check and registration process to get a concealed weapon permit), and of course, as has been patiently explained several thousand times, a non-permit holder who intends to create havoc with his or her concealed weapon will never be stopped by any regulation against concealed carry, since whatever act they are considering has far greater ramifications than carrying a concealed gun where it is not allowed.
