This is a totally unwarranted "stab in the dark" at something, anything, to respond to those demanding the Governor "do something."  As ample history has shown, the declaration of "gun free zones" ensures only criminals will bring guns into such spaces, and slaughter the unarmed innocents with impunity.  The Governor's action make Virginians eminently unsafer!
