Mass murderers are not likely to obey the regulation and indeed are attracted to places where no one can shoot back at them, making  this regulation  actually counter productive. As individuals, both policemen and CCW permittees are extremely law abiding citizens and both are likely to go toward trouble rather than run from it. Please stop trying to take guns from honest people who are part of the solution not the problem.
