The govenors proposed gun ban on all state property denies all law abiding citizens of Virginia our right to self defense. This arbitrary and caprious move will never stand the test of a legal challenge. During these dangerous times when many in law enforcement and goverment around the country are calling for their legally enabled citizens to arm themselves we have a govenor that wishes to restrict our rights. I say no way should someone who is protected by armed guards tell their law abiding citizens to disarm!!! In closing, in light of the fact that this comment period falls during the "Christmas Holidays" I request that the comment period be extended another 30 days beyond it's current 30 day period.
