Emergency Firearm Ban

Bans on the carry of firearms in government buildings is the incorrect way to curb violence in Virginia. To date, there have been exactly zero incidents in which a person legally carrying a concealed firearm has shot and killed any person within a government building. However, with the increased threat of terrorism, and armed citizenry could, in effect, be the true first responders, responding to a threat while it happens.
