This legislation violates the rights of law abiding citizens to carry a weapon.  How can making this illegal possibly keep a criminal from carrying a permit?  Only law abiding citizens will be infringed upon and this will make them more vulnerable to those criminals that intend to do harm to them or their families. 

I firmly oppose this legistlation and further think that anyone that thinks this makes Virginia's population more safe is very feeble minded.
