Gun free zones kill law abiding citizens. McAullife's EO is illegal. Extend comment period.

There isn't one single law written anywhere in the United States that ever prevented any criminal or terrorist from killing law abiding citizens. Gun free zones are proven killers of children and law abiding citizens. The proposed gun ban on law abiding Virginia citizens leaves us as easy targets for criminals and terrorists.

If Governor McAullife truly believes banning guns from law abiding Virginia citizens makes us safe from attack, THEN I CALL UPON HIM TO IMMEDIATELY PROVE HIS CONVICTIONS BY REMOVING ALL GUNS FROM HIS PERSONAL BODY GUARDS AND ALL LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS ON STATE OWNED PROPERTY AND BUILDINGS.

Importantly the Governor has no authority for this regulation.  If the General Assembly wanted the Governor to have such power, they would have granted it to him explicitly, as is required constitutionally.
